Currently, we only accept major Credit Cards for payments.   All transactions are processed using secure connections, which are encrypted using 256-bit encryption.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

1. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of product shipment. 
2. Refunds will NOT include the original shipping charges & may take up to 30 days to process.
3. ALL ship store, class apparel, and regatta apparel are NON RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE

To avoid losing your ability to return an item, follow these steps:

•  Before wearing/using your new product, please make sure that you have the right fit!
•  While trying on your new apparel, be sure to go through the full range of motions to make sure that your fit isn’t too snug.
•  Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

SHIPPING

Most items in shipped with a shipping address in the US will cost a standard rate of $7.50. This may change with oversized and custom orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The cost of international shipments is highly variable and can sometimes be complicated depending on the size, weight and contents of an order.

As such, our website will not generate a shipping total at the time of checkout. Instead, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you via email (at the address you provide during checkout) with a shipping quote straight from the US Postal Service for your order.

Transit times for Priority Mail International are a minimum of 6 days and for Express Mail International an average of 1-5 days. Transit times are estimated and begin once the package is shipped from CRSA.

Note: Our shipping estimates will not reflect any tariff or duty charges that your national/local authorities may collect at the time of delivery. Before confirming any international shipping charges, we highly recommend contacting these authorities to gain a full understanding of these charges.
